Oxifuel

The term indicates cutting torch cutting of steel using a torch fueled by a combustible gas and oxygen.

This operation is based on the highly exothermic reaction of iron oxidation in the presence of oxygen. Indeed, a thread of iron led to the red as temperature in the presence of pure oxygen, burn rapidly, continuing a combustion oxidation reaction.

The oxyfuel consists of two stages: first, the steel is heated to high temperature (900 ° C) with the flame produced by the oxygen and fuel gas in the second, a short stream of oxygen and removes metal oxides iron produced.

This process uses a fuel gas (propane), whose effect is to produce a flame to heat the material, while as a combustion gas has always used oxygen to cause oxidation required for the cutting process.

We have new machines with cutting capacity for sheet size 12 000 * 3000 mm

This process cuts carbon steel from 15 mm to 300 mm.

The shape and size of the part is defined by our technical cliente.Desde prepare the various work orders that are sent by the numerically controlled machine with all the information needed to cut as precisely as possible the material required by the client.
